Dr. Jandik

Dr. Kenneth A. Jandik was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, IA. He attended the University of Iowa while he completed undergraduate degrees in both biology and botany while at the same time performing medical research. He received his doctorate of dental surgery from the dental college at the University of Iowa. He received his Masters degree in periodontology from the University of Florida. Dr. Jandik has been practicing in Fort Myers, Florida where he provides clinical periodontology and implantology therapy for the growing Lee County area. Dr. Jandik is an adjunct professor for New York University at Langone training dental residents periodontal and surgical therapies. Pro bono dental treatment is provided through Project Dentists Care in Fort Myers to aid the community in treatment for low-income individuals.

Dr. Jandik is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Florida Association of Periodontists, Southern Academy of Periodontists, West Coast District Dental Association, Lee County Dental Society, Free time activities include scuba diving, golfing, cycling and hiking.

Dr. Chen

Dr. Christina Chen grew up in New York, spending much of that time between Long Island and Queens. Having come from a family of dentists, she knew from a young age that she wanted to be one too. She attended college and dental school at New York University as part of the BA/DDS program, completing her degree in 2020. She was then accepted into the Advanced Education in Periodontics program at NYU and trained for an additional 3 years certified in this specialty. In the summer of 2023, she relocated to Fort Myers and has been enjoying the weather ever since. She is an avid walker and museum-goer.

Dr. Chen believes in promoting the importance of periodontal health through both preventive and diagnostic care. She aims to create a welcoming environment tailored to each individual's needs and comfort level. Throughout all phases of treatment, she keeps in close communication with patients' other providers to facilitate seamless interdisciplinary care.

She is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Florida Association of Periodontists, West Coast District Dental Association, Lee County Dental Society, and is in the process of becoming Board-Certified by the American Board of Periodontology.
